Interstate Residential relocations of families along the entire "Grand Strand" is my specialty. An experienced Realtor since 2002 with certification as a Property Manager and Rental Agent, actively Listing, Selling and Rental Management of Detached Homes, Condominiums, Townhomes & Land sales including Commercial, Residential Lots and Farm acreage, is what I enjoy doing.

My Story

I retired from the NYPD as a Detective in February 2001 after an exciting 20 year ringside seat to the "Greatest Show on Earth". My family & I came to Myrtle Beach on vacation about a year before I was to retire also seeking where to live comfortably on my city pension and raise two young boys.

As most Cops and Firemen do on vacation, I introduced myself to the local Law Enforcement Officers to exchange patches and shirts from each others departments as collectable souvenirs. I realized by doing this many times while on vacation all over the world, that you can get the honest low down on where to go, what to do and in almost every Police & Fire Department in this country there is always at least one part-time Realtor.

On this vacation in July 2000 we knew the south end of Myrtle Beach is where we wanted to live. After travelling up and down the entire east coast we finally found a warm place to kick back, relax, fish, play some Golf and raise our boys in a beautiful, safe, fun environment.

The Cop/Realtor that found my home, sold me a piece of paradise and I honestly wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. My family loves it here too and it was great spending more time with the kids without having to work.

Soon after living here I found there is only so much Golf and Fishing you can do and I sought excitement in Volunteer Firefighting, Karate Instruction and became a Realtor myself, theorizing that if I could talk a gun or knife out of somebody’s hand, I should be able to talk to all kinds of people about Real Estate.

Because my pension goes a long way here I don’t need to push my clients into buying a home they don’t absolutely love or can’t afford. It may take some time to find your dream home but it will be worth the wait.

I own Rental Properties myself and understand what an Investor wants & needs in seeking income producing Real Estate.

Working together with Buyer Clients and Custom Builders to develop spectacular homes has been an experience I enjoyed many times. When I was a kid I loved playing with Lincoln logs so when I recently had the opportunity in a partnership to build a “Spec” Log Home from the ground up, I spent a year satisfying my childhood imaginings to complete a magnificent house on a beautiful lakefront property that doubled in value in just one year.
