In 2004, Joe formed a parnership with Danny & Mary Lussier of Inlet log homes who are regional sales agents for Honest Abe Log Homes of Tennessee. The idea here is, I find the land for buyers of the Log Homes and Danny sells the packages.

Quality materials, great floor plans and prices to fit any budget starting from about $30,000 for cabin plans. Kits are available up to eight thousand square foot chalets.

We can build it for you or consider the "Fun Factor" of doing it at least partially, yourself.

The 'Spec' home (photo) we have constructed in Murrells Inlet (south Strand) is one of the most popular packages Honest Abe sells.

The Kit runs in the $50- $60,000 range and costs about $160,000 to complete into a turn-key home.  

This Darlington model is 1750 heated square feet with 600 sq feet of wrap around porch on a wooded 3/4 acre lot with a pond long enough to put a boat in.

This home was sold in 2005 in the $270,000 range, by Fall of 2006 it appreciated more than $100,000 and proved to be a great investment for the Buyers that still live in it today.
